The first step is to set up an initial call where we can get to know each other a bit, and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

You don't need perfect clarity about your goals to begin. These calls are often fun and interesting for both of us, even if we don’t end up working together.

If you wait until things aren’t busy, you’re kidding yourself. All my clients are busy. The busier you are the more important it is to put effort into ruthlessly prioritizing what matters most.

Taking time to prioritize & strategize is an investment that pays quickly. Failing to do that will cost a lot, fast.

How does coaching work?

I work with each client to create a customized plan.

I’ll work with you to get clear goals for our work together. We’ll look at how you learn best, and create a path together. Some clients get the best results from regular scheduled calls, some have me on-call for advising as needed.

We’ll make a plan to suit what works best for you (and we’ll adjust it when, as is inevitable, life doesn’t go exactly as planned).
