My Approach to Leadership Communication Coaching

In our work together, I create a space where you feel supported while also challenging you to reach your highest potential. I provide actionable feedback and concrete tools that turn insights into real outcomes in your leadership conversations. 

My coaching starts with the assumption that you've achieved your position because you're skilled and capable. Rather than trying to "fix" you, I leverage your existing strengths and preferred learning styles to enhance what's already working.

We’ll craft a plan together based on your needs:

Initial assessment of your communication strengths and areas for growth

Some clients prefer regular scheduled sessions; others work with me on an as-needed basis for specific situations. We'll create a plan that works for your schedule and learning style.
